Player Insurance

The Club takes out the basic SRU insurance which covers all registered players with the club, and which can be checked on the SRU’s website.

It is really in place for the worst case scenarios, and does not include any temporary disablement cover. Players are encouraged to check what the SRU policy covers and to review the market for any additional insurance policy they may personally wish to take out to cover other risks, such as Temporary Disablement from Usual Occupation. The club is not in a position to recommend or otherwise insurance policies that are widely available.
