2-8 June marks Volunteers week. Like all amateur sports clubs, Dundee Rugby Club would not function without volunteers. Our ever growing size and vast number of teams mean many individuals donate a portion of their spare time to ensure the smooth running of the club. To mark volunteers week, the Dundee Rugby Club executive committee, members and players would like to extend their thanks to all club volunteers and SRU volunteers who make rugby happen in Dundee. We would not have achieved any of our successes without you and we are forever grateful for all of the hours you put into our club!
However, Dundee Rugby Club has even bigger dreams and aspirations over the next few years. We want to get all our teams onto the next, bigger stages, to develop our clubhouse not just for us but to be of service to the community and to contribute to community projects, engage in more charitable work, hold more fundraising and social events for the whole of Dundee to enjoy.
These are big dreams, and will need a lot of help make them real. As a volunteer led club we are always looking for people to help support these efforts. We are also conscious of how busy people’s lives are, so whether you can give 30 minutes, 1 hour or 10 hours, once a week or once a month, is Dundee Rugby Club would love to hear from you and we can find a role for you. If interested please get in touch via the form below and we will get back to you.
