Opportunity: Coaching Positions Available

We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to take on various coaching roles within our dynamic team. Whether you're an experienced Head Coach or a rising star looking to make your mark, we have a place for you.

Responsibilities:

Lead training sessions aimed at enhancing players’ technical and tactical skills across our senior section.
Collaborate with our coaching staff to select the best team for each game.
Provide coaching and support at matches and training sessions.
Foster positive relationships with players, fellow coaches, and club officials.
Engage with our Mini and Junior sections to cultivate a seamless "one club" culture and nurture future talent

Qualifications:

Aspiring Coaching Programme or equivalent, or willingness to obtain it with support from the club.
Proven experience in coaching rugby or playing at a competitive level, with a track record of player and team development.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate players.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A positive and professional attitude.
Successful candidates should be available at the start of the upcoming season.
