What were your first thoughts when you were voted in to take on the captaincy for the upcoming season?
Very Excited to be voted for captain. Returning after semi retirement was a struggle on the body last year but I put all I could into every game and looking forward to doing it again with the boys!

What are the team’s goals for the upcoming season?
Getting some more structure into the games, playing our game whether that is a fast and open game or keeping it tight and grinding out the wins. Finishing top 3 is the aim.

What are your personal goals for the season?
Pushing myself to get fitter and push the team through the whole game.

What’s been your favourite memory of playing for Dundee over the years?
Getting a big Derby win over Harris last year.

How would you sum up Dundee rugby in three words?
Competitive, Boozy & welcoming

Favourite tipple after the game?
Pint or 4 of Guinness
