Dundee Rugby Club is on the lookout for a passionate and driven Women & Girls Community Coach to play a leading role in expanding opportunities for female players across the city.

The Role
Location: Dundee
Hours: Part-time (Flexible – evenings/weekends required)
Contract: August 2025 – June 2026
Pay: £15/hour + 45p per mile travel expenses

Working closely with our Director of Rugby and Development Team, you'll be at the forefront of growing girls' and women’s rugby by delivering high-quality sessions in schools, clubs, and at events across Dundee.

What You’ll Do

Inspire and support new players into rugby through school sessions, festivals, and club events
Help organise and coach at Women’s & Girls fixtures, events, and Come & Try sessions
Promote rugby for girls and women through engaging social media content
Work with the club to build a sustainable female pathway from grassroots to senior rugby
Track participation and report on progress to help shape future delivery

What We’re Looking For

A positive role model with great communication and organisation skills
A team player with experience (or a strong interest) in coaching or sport development
Someone who’s flexible and happy to work evenings/weekends as needed
PVG checked or willing to undergo a Disclosure Scotland check
Coaching/refereeing qualifications preferred – or the willingness to gain them
Full driving licence essential
