Format: Combination of X-Field Games and Skills Sessions to develop confidence in contact before progressing to a modified full field game. Will also provide further details about the Midlands Development Team in preparation for the Women’s National Bowl Competition.
Footwear: Dundee RPC have footwear requirements for the pitch, meaning that metal stud boots are not permitted. I would hope that as many players as possible are able to wear the correct footwear. If this isn’t possible please let me know on Sunday upon arrival so I can negotiate leniency with Dundee RPC staff as required.
Kit: Please wear club kit (playing jumper, shorts, socks) where possible.
Changerooms: Players are advised to arrive ready to play as changing rooms are on a shared usage basis. Personal belongings must be removed from the changing rooms. Max time permitted is 15 minutes so no team talks etc. Face masks must be worn by any person entering the building (unless U12/medically exempt). Toilets are also available inside the main building.
SCRUMS: Players in attendance should ideally be registered in advance with an attendance sheet submitted within SCRUMS.
First Aid: AlphaMed will be in attendance to provide first aid support for all teams and attendees.
Provisions: There will be no post match catering or canteen available (there is a Morrisons and Starbucks across the road).
Spectators: Must stay within the designated spectator area (outside the pitch netting).
Parking: The car park is likely to be busy so if it is full there is an overflow car park adjacent the athletics track that can be utilised.
