In National One, Dundee Rugby have lost their last five and know that their discipline will have to be better than in recent weeks when they host GHA.

The Mayfield men have been in their last few games for large spells and scored four tries at Watsonians last time out, but a high penalty count and yellow cards has, at times stopped them building momentum.

They lost 27-10 at GHA at the end of September and Dundee are ninth heading into this one with GHA seventh.

In women’s Caledonia Midlands/east One on Sunday, Dundee Valkyries will look to keep up their title big at home to Grangemouth Stagettes.
