At half-time Dundee 2nd XV Men held a narrow 7-5 lead, but Blairgowrie came storming back with two tries and a conversion, pushing the score to 17-7 at 65 minutes. Things weren’t looking good…

But the boys weren’t done yet. With just 12 minutes to go, Dundee dug deep and rallied with two tries and two conversions to edge ahead in the dying minutes. With only one score in it, the last 2 minutes were an absolute battle – Dundee held firm, turned the ball over, and Marcus Van Der Esch booted it out to seal the win.
